Know your coverage.
Best Home Water supports your equipment and installation directly. Coverage depends on the component:
- Media and storage tanks, ceramic valve discs, and system dry parts
- Limited lifetime
- Control valves, circuit boards, and filtration media
- 5 years
- Reverse osmosis systems
- 1 year
- Labor issues from the original installation
- 1 year from purchase
Limited coverage applies to the original purchaser and the components fitted to your system. Lifetime coverage lasts while the original purchaser owns the system. Dry parts are non-consumable components that do not contact water. Routine replacements and component-replacement labor are not included.
What your written warranty explains
The coverage above applies to defects under normal use. Installation labor coverage addresses the original installation; it does not make future component-replacement visits free. We explain any service charges before work begins.
Conditions & exclusions
Install, operate, and maintain the system according to its instructions. Coverage excludes damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper installation, freezing, flooding, and water conditions that foul filters, resin, or membranes. Replacement parts retain the original warranty end date and require an approved technician.
Understand ongoing care
Salt, filters, membranes, media, and routine service should not be assumed included in a warranty. We explain the selected system’s care needs and any separately priced services with your proposal.
Before arranging a repair
